Quality systems separate capable suppliers from risky suppliers

Compliance requirements can change the shortlist
Printing and packaging companies often serve several end markets, but not every plant is suitable for regulated or sensitive products. Compare total landed cost, not only unit price
The lowest quoted unit price may become the most expensive option if it excludes tooling, plates, proofing, freight, import duties, storage, quality inspections or waste from production rejects. Buyers should normalize quotations before comparing them.
